4. Are there any computer/browser requirements?

5. Where do I take the Residential Building in Alabama exam?

6. Why does HBAA have to mail my QCI Certificate?
The certificate must have a unique QCI number and expiration date as verified by an HBAA staff and required by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
7. When will I get my QCI Certificate?
Certificates earned in live classes will be mailed as soon as payment is received, and the tests are graded and reported to us by the instructor. Certificates earned online will be processed in 7-10 business days.
8. What do I do if I have not received my QCI Certificate?

9. Why am I receiving emails from Blue Sky?
Blue Sky or PATH LMS is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), and HBAA’s content or courses are housed on Blue Sky’s servers. This means that any system-generated emails will come to appear as Blue Sky. Please be sure to allow emails from Blue Sky so that you may receive your CEU certificates after you finish a CEU course.
